MovinCool Highlights Ceiling-Mounted Spot Air Conditioners in New YouTube Video

Compact, self-contained units feature low installation costs

April 20, 2010

Long Beach, CA

MovinCool® announced a new video that presents the features, advantages and benefits of the company’s latest CM12 and CM25 ceiling-mounted commercial spot air conditioners. The three-minute video, “MovinCool Ceiling-Mount Series Spot Air Conditioners,” is available on YouTube at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gx3R040Cj2U.

In addition, individual videos on each of the MovinCool ceiling-mounted models are available on the MovinCool Web site at http://www.movincool.com/portable-air-conditioner/cm12.php for the CM12 and http://www.movincool.com/portable-air-conditioner/cm25.php for the CM25.

The compact CM12 and CM25 spot air conditioners, which have cooling capacities of 10,500 and 25,000 Btu/h respectively, are specifically designed to fit into the cramped ceiling space above IT server rooms, equipment closets and other similar spaces with high heat loads. Built-in flanges and mounting brackets allow quick, low-cost installation using standard, off-the-shelf hardware. The units’ self-contained design eliminates the need for refrigerant connections, further reducing installation costs.

Environmentally friendly features include R410A refrigerant, which does not deplete the earth’s ozone layer.

“Our CM12 and CM25 models are the industry’s first self-contained, ceiling-mounted spot air conditioners,” said John Doran, senior manager, Commercial and Industrial Systems. “These advanced-design units give our customers an innovative, cost-effective solution to their most difficult cooling challenges.”
